Care Providers’ Voice. Supporting the Care Sector, Together

Care Providers Voice Stand: J50

Find us at: Stand J50 & the CPV Masterclass Theatre

Care Providers’ Voice (CPV) is proud to be attending this year’s Care Show, bringing practical workforce support, sector insight and meaningful provider engagement directly onto the exhibition floor.

CPV exists to strengthen the adult social care sector by working alongside providers. Everything we deliver is shaped by what providers tell us they actually need. Through ongoing conversations, forums, surveys and events, we listen carefully to the real challenges services face and turn those insights into practical, relevant support.

This means our work focuses on the everyday operational realities of care: recruitment pressures, retention challenges, workforce confidence and changing regulations. Rather than offering generic training, CPV develops opportunities built around lived experience from the sector itself.

Across North East London, we create funded workshops, webinars, peer forums and workforce initiatives designed to help providers feel better supported and better connected. Our aim is simple, to reduce isolation, strengthen resilience and help services make informed decisions that work in practice, not just in theory.

CPV is fully funded by local authorities across North East London. Because of this, all of our support is available to providers, in NEL, completely free of charge. There are no subscriptions or hidden costs just open access to guidance, shared learning and sector collaboration.

At the Care Show, we want to recreate what CPV does best: providing a space for honest conversation.

Come and see us at Stand J50 to:

  • Have a chat
  • Register your service with CPV (free)
  • Access funded training, webinars and workshops
  • Talk through recruitment and retention challenges
  • Share what support you need and influence what we deliver

Rather than a traditional sales stand, CPV offers a place to pause, reflect and problem-solve with people who understand the pressures of running a service. Whether you want to discuss workforce pressures, explore new ideas, or simply sense-check a challenge you’re facing, our team will be there to listen and support.

The CPV Masterclass Theatre

Alongside the stand, CPV is hosting two full days of expert-led masterclasses exploring the future of care, workforce sustainability and operational risk.

Sessions will cover:

• Building viable services and bid writing

• AI, digital referrals and data-driven recruitment

• The future care workforce towards 2030

• Employment rights and National Minimum Wage compliance

• Digital safety and emerging cyber risks

• Preparing for CQC changes

• Care technology opportunities

• A powerful lived experience performance from carers

The theatre is designed to provide practical insight providers can apply immediately, not theory, but real guidance from sector specialists and operational experts.

If you’re not sure what support exists for your service, if you want to connect with others in the sector, or if you want your experiences to shape future training and initiatives, come and speak to us.

Drop by Stand J50 to share your experiences, ask questions, or simply connect with a network built around supporting care providers.

We can’t wait to connect with you at Care Show London.
