Families can see key updates about their loved one’s care, including care plans, medication, daily logs and visit schedules, with providers in full control of what is shared.
With rostering integration, families can also view past and upcoming visits up to four weeks in advance, including timings and assigned carers. Care teams can capture photos and videos within care logs too, helping families feel connected to everyday moments, not just formal updates.
