Our comprehensive service care plan offers:

• Coverage for all call-outs and labor during standard hours (09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays), with a reduced out-of-hours call-out rate of £62.50 + VAT for emergencies.
• Annual service and certification for all gas appliances.
• Tiered pricing structure:
  • For boilers up to and including 48kW: £33 + VAT for the first boiler, with additional boilers of the same size or smaller at £25 + VAT each. Price includes 1 domestic gas fire and 1 domestic gas cooker; additional domestic gas appliances charged at £5 + VAT each.
  • For boilers 49kW and above: £53 + VAT for the first boiler, with additional boilers over 49kW at £33 + VAT each and additional boilers 48kW and under at £25 + VAT each. Price includes 1 domestic gas fire and 1 domestic gas cooker; additional domestic gas appliances charged at £5 + VAT each. (Excludes commercial catering cooking appliances)
