Our CPD-accredited microsuction earwax removal course has been developed by Audiologists and ENT specialists to ensure the highest standards of safety and effectiveness for both trainees and patients. This all-inclusive package combines expert-led training, high-quality equipment, and ongoing clinical and commercial support—with no monthly fees. The cost covers training for all eligible staff.

Training can be delivered on-site at your care home, clinic, or pharmacy. If a suitable space is not available, we will arrange a nearby venue. Flexible scheduling allows access to regular regional sessions.

Training includes:
A 3-hour pre-course e-learning module covering ear anatomy, wax production, symptoms, infection control, contraindications, patient communication, and relevant pathologies.

A 4-hour practical session including equipment setup and maintenance, demonstrations of microsuction and manual techniques, hands-on practice using models and live patients, supervised treatment delivery, and final competency sign-off with certification. Remote retraining is available if required.

Equipment package includes:
Microsuction machine with waste kit, endoscope system with iPhone, hearing screening headphones, suction and manual tools, and a carry case. All equipment includes a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Ongoing support includes:
Patient management software, marketing materials, standard operating procedures, risk assessments, and access to all required documentation. Clinical and commercial support is provided, along with live assistance (24-hour notice). A courtesy equipment kit is supplied if repairs or calibration are needed, ensuring uninterrupted service.

Optional group-split training is available for an additional £250 + VAT.
