The Level 2 Award is the gold-standard qualification for frontline staff in social care, supported living, residential, and education settings. Delivered over four interactive teaching days plus a portfolio of work-based evidence, learners gain practical, applicable skills they can use the very next shift.
You'll cover: • The values and principles underpinning PBS • Formulation and Triangulation • Designing and implementing PBS plans • Skills Building• Practice Leadership
Assessment: Portfolio of evidence, observed practice, and a final presentation — all supported by your tutor throughout.
Ideal for: senior support workers, team leaders, SEN teaching assistants, and staff working towards Level 2 or beyond.
Format: Blended — live online teaching days plus tutor-supported portfolio work. Approx. 10 weeks.. Funding routes available for organisations.
