Sensio Pocket is probably the easiest mobile alarm app you will ever use.

Simply log in, select the alert you are attending, click "on my way" then simply tap your phone against the NFC tag when you arrive to mark yourself present. 

When you've finished tap again and you're done! 

Pocket can also be used to provide Digital Night Checks using the RoomMate Sensor, review an image of the incident before you attend the room or even open 2 way communication to the room if you wish!
