AI and Care: Its role and why it is important

A number of Care Staff have turned to using AI sources, such as ChatGPT to help them writing daily notes and care plans.
This may be because, English isn’t their first language, or simply they do not have the time because, providing person-centred care is far more important. But are these tools what we should be using? Is using ChatGPT the right thing?
