Cornerstone, a leading Scottish social care charity, partnered with us to transform a manual, time-intensive recruitment process into an efficient, candidate-friendly experience. Before adopting our applicant tracking system they were averaging around 90 days from interview to start date. By automating administrative tasks, they have cut that down to under three weeks while improving engagement, enabling proactive shortlisting and delivering a more responsive and human-centred candidate journey.
Working with Cornerstone Care, our focus was on streamlining recruitment and enhancing the candidate experience. Our applicant tracking system allowed recruiters to shortlist while roles were still live, set up alerts for high-quality applicants, and engage with candidates more quickly.
