We are a national charity and leading provider of health and social care services, supporting people at home, in their community, and with specialist support services. Our offerings include residential care, extra care, supported living, floating support, rehabilitation, community support, and psychological therapies. 

We provide our services to adults with an identified health or social care need, including complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, dementia, as well as older people and carers.
