1. Promoter details

• Care Show London/CloserStill Media Limited

2. Eligibility

• The draw is limited to UK residents who are over 18 years old and are eligible to attend Care Show London.
• This event is only free for healthcare, allied healthcare, NHS, social care worker, public sector worker, architect or interior designer, contractor, chef or catering professionals, if you don't fall in to this category, you will be requested to pay for a commercial pass.
• Employees of the promoter, their media partners, exhibitors, or their employees are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter

• Anyone who has registered and has been approved to attend Care Show London as a 'Delegate' or 'Commercial Delegate' by 11.59 pm on Wednesday 31 December 2025 will automatically be entered to the draw.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.

4. Prize details

• One night stay at a hotel (TBC) near the Excel London on the night of Wednesday 29 April 2026 in a double/twin room for the winner and up to one guest.
• This prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.

5. Winner selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 5 January 2026.
• The winner will be contacted by email within 3 days.
• The winner must respond to the promoter by 5.30pm on Friday 9 January 2026, or the promoter reserves the right to choose another winner.

6. Prize delivery/fulfilment

• The winner will be asked for their and their guests' details to confirm their stay. The hotel booking will be confirmed after this and the winner will receive the booking by email.
• The winner will be responsible for arranging travel for themselves and their guest.

7. Publicity

• The winner will be announced on social media on all Care Show London social channels.
• The promoter will comply with GDPR in handling all the entrant details according to the existing Privacy Policy.

8. Data protection

• The entrant details will be used to administer the prize draw and other data handling will be done according to the Privacy Policy and the Care Show London Terms and Conditions.

9. General

• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• The organiser reserves the right to substitute a similar prize if necessary.
• The organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Confirmation that the prize draw is governed by the laws of England & Wales (or Scotland if applicable).
