Care Show London 2026 delivers its biggest and most impactful show yet
Care Show London returned to Excel London on 29-30 April, delivering its most impactful edition to date. Bringing together 3,962 care professionals and sector leaders, as well as 231 top exhibitors from across the UK, this year’s event was defined by its scale, energy and a shared commitment to driving the future of social care forward.
Busier than ever before, with an expanded exhibitor presence and a new rebrand unveiled onsite for the first time, the exhibition floor was buzzing with conversation. From discovering new partnerships to sharing practical insights, Care Show London 2026 once again proved itself as a cornerstone event for the sector.
One delegate stated:
“It was my first time visiting Care Show London; however, it certainly won’t be my last! There was an amazing range of exhibitors, and the conference programme sessions were incredible enlightening. Overall, it was a fabulous experience!”
Key themes shaping the sector
A standout feature of this year’s programme was its focus on the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing social care today. Across 7 packed theatres and panel sessions, several key sessions emerged:
- Dementia care: how to ensure you’re getting it right
- The power of personalised mealtimes and movement
- Registering with the CQC: requirements of registration and our expectations
- Positive Behaviour Support: getting it right
These busy sessions across various areas within care not only highlighted current challenges but also offered actionable strategies for providers navigating an increasingly complex space.
A sector brought together
Beyond the programme, the strength of Care Show London lies in its ability to unite the care community. The 2026 edition created a welcoming, inclusive space where professionals from across the sector could exchange ideas and learn from each other.
A new networking evening partnered with Championing Social Care was held on the evening of the opening day and offered attendees and exhibitors the opportunity to connect in a more informal setting, building on relationships made during the event.
A quote from Matthew Moore, Show Manager for Care Show London
“Care Show London unveiled its brand-new look onsite for the first time, while preserving the distinctive energy, atmosphere and experience that the audience knows and loves. I had the privilege of being part of, and witnessing, many meaningful conversations that showcased the passion and dedication of the sector.
Seeing so many people come together with a shared commitment to improving this incredible sector is exactly why I chose, and continue to choose, to work alongside social care. I’d like to thank everyone who played a part in this year’s show. Your continued support is what makes Care Show the valuable platform it is for the entire sector.”
