Adam Brown - expert by experience is fine. Adam is a gentleman with a learning disability who currently lives in a small residential home in Kent. Adam has previously been an expert by experience for CQC. He is currently leading the charge at LDC Care and recording his own daily notes on our digital system Care Vision.
