Cat Webber is the founder of Hirecat, a recruitment and hiring support partner specialising in the care sector. With over 25 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce improvement, Cat and her team provide a managed service to care providers to attract, hire and retain the people they need to deliver outstanding care. Cat has held senior in-house recruitment leadership roles within rapidly growing care organisations, giving her first-hand insight into the operational pressures facing care managers, owners and leadership teams. Her work focuses on practical, ethical and high quality recruitment — from advert optimisation, direct sourcing, personalised screening to interviewing and onboarding; supporting as much of the recruitment and hiring processes as required. Cat is known for combining commercial realism with a strong commitment to candidate experience, compliance and quality, and regularly works with care providers to build sustainable recruitment models, speed up recruiting which supports teams, enables growth and continuity of care.
