Charles Taylor is the owner of Taylor and Taylor Care, a family-run group operating four innovative care homes across the Midlands, supporting residents funded by local authorities, the NHS, and private clients. With more than 17 years’ experience in adult social care, Charles has worked extensively with local authorities as both a partner and a provider navigating complex commissioning relationships. He brings a candid, practical perspective on the realities of working with public bodies, drawing on both positive collaborations and challenging experiences. As an active care home operator, Charles is passionate about improving outcomes for residents while advocating for sustainable, high-quality care services.
