Chloe is the Assistant Director, Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) at NHS England (London). She is an academic scientist by background and has worked in health EPRR since 2008, and has been involved in responses to local, regional, national and international major incidents and emergencies. She co-chairs a pan-London group of NHS EPRR practitioners who are working to improve planning and response to emergencies for all Londoners through better understanding and consideration of our diversity and representation. The group has been in existence for three years, and has already led improvements to health EPRR from an EDI perspective
