Chloe is the Assistant Director, Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) at NHS England (London). She is an academic scientist by background and has worked in health EPRR since 2008, and has been involved in major incident and emergency responses at local, regional, national and international levels. She co-chairs a pan-London group of NHS EPRR practitioners who are working to improve planning and response to emergencies for all Londoners through better understanding and consideration of our diversity and representation. The group has been in existence for over three years, and has already helped influence considerations of equity, diversity and inclusion in emergency preparedness, response and recovery.
