Nat Masters is a senior leader in health, social care, and education, with over a decade of experience across regulated services. They have held roles including registered manager, senior education leader, and strategic director, with responsibility for children’s homes, supported accommodation, and specialist education provision. Nat has led service start-ups, workforce development, compliance with Ofsted and CQC, and large-scale operational growth. Their work focuses on trauma-informed practice, safeguarding, and sustainable service design. Nat holds a Doctorate in Health Care Administration, with a focus on leadership, well-being, and organisational culture.
