Heather is the National Digital Project Lead for the National Care Forum. Heather has over ten years of experience in the health and social care sector, with a strong focus on digital innovation, training, project management and service improvement.
Heather leads on the delivery of a number of national digital projects which supports the digitalisation of the adult social care sector. Current national projects include the Care Technologist Training project funded by the Rayne Foundation, the Digital Leadership Programme and Data and Cyber Security Support for Non Registered Care & Support Providers.
Heather is passionate about social care and supporting the workforce to embrace technology that enhances care quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
