Jack is passionate about promoting independence and enhancing quality of life. He works closely with teams to deepen their understanding of behaviours of concern and the underlying needs that drive them, enabling more compassionate, evidence-informed approaches across practice.
A self-described data enthusiast, Jack enjoys leveraging technology and innovative tools to strengthen data capture, interpretation, and usage. His focus is on transforming meaningful insights into decisive action that improves outcomes for the children, young people, adults, and families supported by Keys Group.

He has since embarked on a Level 7 Strategic Leadership and Management programme with an Executive MBA pathway to further refine his leadership capability and strategic impact.
