Jasmeet is an Associate Director at RCH Care Homes and has led and worked on a number of projects looking at innovation and digitisation in care homes. An advocate for improving and innovating social care for the wider community, she is also a Co-Chair of the People Plan for Social Care (published in December 2021, launched at the House of Lords in March 2022 and the sector consultation for this year’s report is underway), and is working with the Care Innovators to create better trauma-informed support that employers can give to their teams who are current or historic survivors of domestic abuse. Passionate about FemTech, improving EDI and bridging the gaps in the quality of services/healthcare provided to underserved groups.
