Jean's journey along the quality, governance and compliance route began when she entered the nursing profession. She is passionate about high quality healthcare for those who use health and social care services, and veered towards roles in clinical governance, where she could support staff teams to make changes and improvements to service provision. This background led her to become a Specialist Advisor to the CQC and setting up eGovernance+; a CQC consultancy business, supporting clients from across the sector to embed robust governance systems and processes in their organisations, empowering and enabling them to meet CQC regulatory standards. In her role as CEO and Founder of eGovernance+ she has developed digital governance software, now ready for launch, to help providers transform their services, meeting regulatory standards for sustainable good governance.
