Joe Hulbert is the Client Relations Director at Innova Care Concepts, with extensive expertise in the design and delivery of hydrotherapy environments for both domestic and multi-user settings. With a background in specialist equipment and accessible design, Joe works closely with architects, case managers, OTs and clinicians to support the successful integration of hydrotherapy from the earliest stages of a project. With a strong understanding of pool design, access, hoisting, filtration and ongoing servicing, Joe supports the creation of hydrotherapy facilities that are tailored to individual needs while remaining efficient and sustainable for providers. His collaborative, hands-on approach helps deliver therapeutic environments that enhance outcomes, independence and quality of life for individuals with complex care needs and those who support them.
