Jon has been a Director of the Institute of Health & Social Care Management since it was acquired from the Royal Society of Public Health by the Academy of Fabulous Stuff CIC, of which he is also a Director, in 2016. he took on the responsibility of Chief Executive in December 2019 and has worked extensively to create valuable content for the increasing number of members who see merit in belonging to the Institute. he has overseen creation of a number of Special Interest Groups within the Institute, one of which is Workforce Wellbeing which has a thriving membership base.
