Justine Le Bon Bell is a Registered Nurse, Queen’s Nurse and Head of Education & Development at Family Nursing & Home Care in Jersey. She leads workforce development, education and professional training across community nursing and care services. Passionate about supporting people to grow and thrive at work, Justine focuses on building strong, compassionate teams and developing confident leaders within health and social care. She leads the development of clinical supervision and action learning within her organisation and is an ILM-recognised Action Learning facilitator. Justine works collaboratively across organisations to strengthen learning, improve practice and support better outcomes for communities.
