Liam runs a nursing home in the West Midlands and has an interest in leadership and innovation within social care. He has 3 books published on the subject with the latest in 2020 'So you want to be a Care Home Manager.' He hosts a director level podcast on championing care quality followed in over 100 countries. Liam has a career interest in the use of tech to improve service and completed a research project on care monitoring supplies in 2018. Liam also provides marketing advice to tech suppliers who wish to market to the care sector.
