Louis Alexander

Adventurer, x3 World Record Holder, & Dementia Awareness Champion

Louis Alexander, 26, is one of the world’s youngest professional adventurers and a three-time world record holder.

Recognised by Guinness World Records as the first and only person in history to both run marathons on all Seven Continents and swim marathon distances across all Seven Seas, Louis has tested human endurance in some of the planet’s most challenging environments — from running through torrential rains deep in the Amazon Rainforest and across the frozen continent of Antarctica, to swimming in the scorching waters of the Arabian Sea.

His journey has been featured by National Geographic, BBC News, Men’s Fitness, Sky News, and Heart Breakfast, establishing him as one of the most compelling voices in modern adventure. Today, Louis works in two distinct roles: as a brand ambassador for leading global
companies, and as an international speaker, motivating audiences — from schools to corporate clients — to embrace the spirit of adventure and bring curiosity, courage, and resilience into everyday life. He has inspired tens of thousands across Europe, Asia, and North America — including as a Guest Speaker at 10 Downing Street.

Louis is now on a mission to raise over £1 million for dementia research by the age of 30. Through his adventures and message, he is redefining what exploration means for a new generation — and what it truly means to be a modern-day adventurer.
