Lynne joined NCF in April 2025 as the Digital Skills Development Lead. She has extensive experience in digital skills training, project management, and curriculum development. Lynne leads the creation and delivery of a new digital skills program for the adult social care workforce in the Liverpool City Region, working closely with the University of Liverpool as part of the Social Care Testbed initiative. With over 25 years of experience in social housing and older persons services, Lynne is passionate about advancing the digital skills agenda through co-production, collaboration and innovation.
