I am passionate about coaching and training. Every position I held in the hospitality business and elsewhere gave me the opportunity to do what I love - collaborating and empowering. My last project - managing living-in carers - showed me that carer wellbeing is an important issue that must be addressed. All the notes I took and all the insights I gained during the last 6 years came handy to launch Pastora Ltd with Helen Gruber.
