During a 30-year career in local government, Mark has led adult social care commissioning functions, both in London and Dorset. His wider work in councils has included leading participation programmes, shaping corporate strategy and supporting relationships with the NHS and Police. He is passionate about opening up how councils lead in their local areas, sharing the power to change lives for the better, and fostering a more relational approach to commissioning.
