Before joining LDC, Michael was a Registered Manager of a 14-bed residential service for adults with brain injuries, physical disabilities and rehabilitation. He gained his Level 5 in Practice Leadership in Positive Behaviour Support during this time. His passion for PBS led him to LDC, where he supported young adults with complex needs transitioning from prisons and secure units back into the community. In 2025, Michael became a PROACT-SCIPr-UK® Principal Instructor and took on the role of PBS Lead. He is dedicated to driving excellence and improving outcomes in care through his leadership and deep commitment to positive behaviour support practices.
