Oge Ohadomere is an Assistant Professor and Course Director in Leadership and Management at Coventry University. Her background is in Accounting, Inclusive Special Education and Healthcare Management and worked for over 15 years in industry, leading teams, with experience in both developing and developed countries before moving into teaching in Higher Education. Her research interest is in Health and Social care Leadership, staff development, health promotion and wellbeing.
