Olivia joined Elizabeth Finn Homes in early 2023, bringing extensive senior leadership experience from across the charity and non-profit sector. She was previously Chief Executive of Vision Foundation, an award-winning organisation working to prevent sight loss and to promote the inclusion, independence and empowerment of blind and partially sighted people. Before this, Olivia led fundraising and communications at children’s mental health charity Place2Be and autism research charity Autistica. Earlier in her career, she was a researcher and lecturer in evolutionary biology. Alongside her executive role, Olivia is a Board Member of Care England, the leading representative body for adult social care providers in England. She also serves as a trustee of the Helen Bamber Foundation, which supports survivors of trafficking and torture through specialist counselling, housing, medical and legal services. Olivia was previously a trustee of Turn2us, Elizabeth Finn Homes’ parent charity, and remains deeply committed to tackling financial insecurity in the UK and strengthening the connection between Elizabeth Finn Homes’ care mission and Turn2us’ wider social impact.
