Working in social care for over 20 years with adults with learning disabilities and/or autistic adults, Phil has managed a range of projects. These include education, travel training, behaviour support and technology projects, including the Digitiser project in lockdown, using technology to reduce isolation. Currently she is exploring the use of technology to improve communication, independence and life skills for people supported by Surrey Choices. The NCF Care Technologist course was really invaluable as part of that.
