Rachael founded her own care business after her mum was diagnosed with early-onset dementia. After growing and selling it, she set out to build the technology she wished she'd had as a provider — and Lifted was born. Today, over 500 care providers use Lifted to find, sponsor, onboard and retain exceptional staff. We are using our experience in care to build the talent infrastructure that care actually needs.
