Risha Dhrona is a Senior Emergency Preparedness Manager in the Extreme Events and Health Protection (EEHP) team at the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA). With over nine years’ experience in emergency preparedness, resilience and response, her work focuses primarily on heat and cold, while also covering wider adverse weather events including flooding, storms and drought. Risha provides national leadership within EEHP, leading strategy development, business continuity and multi‑agency coordination, and has supported major public health incidents at local, regional and national levels.
