Rob has worked in the field of regulation since 2005. Rob is passionate about ensuring people are empowered and supported to have their holistic needs met. Rob believes that effective partnership working with people who use services, providers and other key stakeholders is essential in transforming how social care and health service are delivered. Rob role is the Regional Director for ASC in the North region. Before working in regulation Rob worked in local authority children’s services and has also managed adult social care multi-disciplinary team and Emergency Duty Team.
