Rob has produced a range of publications for Skills for Care, including their Inspection toolkit, Good and Outstanding Care Guide and Guide to improvement aimed at supporting CQC regulated services to meet or exceed the regulator's expectations. Managing Skills for Care's national Information Team, Rob has helped guide providers around recruitment, learning and development and leadership. Prior to working in adult social care, Rob led product development at Investors in People.
