Rob has produced a range of publications for Skills for Care, including their GO Online and GO Guide aimed at supporting CQC providers meet or exceed the regulator's expectations. Regularly delivering webinars showcasing adult social care best practice alongside partners from The Outstanding Society, Rob has also led the development of Practical approaches toolkit series showcasing successful initiatives. Prior to working in adult social care, Rob led product development at Investors in People.
