Rob Martin, Managing Director Care Services for Anchor is responsible for 121 care homes. Rob has also worked for over 5 years as a Non-Executive Director and currently a Board member with the National Care Forum. He has built his experience over the last 23 years, one of his first roles in social care as a Registered Manager. His most recent achievements include acquiring Halcyon care group (11 care homes), moving to pay the living wage foundation rate for all colleagues in Anchor and opening one of the first carbon neutral care homes in the country.
