Ryan Spencer is the Digital Care Lead at Care Providers’ Voice for North London, supporting social care providers to strengthen data security through the DSPT and adopt key digital initiatives including the London Care Record, GP Connect, the Universal Care Plan and emerging Cyber Resilience measures. Previously leading the same programmes in South West London, Ryan brings valuable experience and a passion for improving digital confidence and safety across the sector. Now based in North London, he is committed to driving meaningful, practical change for providers and the people they support.
