Scott Hooper-Jones - ex Royal Navy, leader of people, and experienced mental health nurse. Studied at Cardiff University and began his career as a nurse in the east midlands during the pandemic. Scott became a charge nurse within the challenging environment of PICU, before continuing his career as the clinical lead within a rehabilitation unit. He then progressed into the management team of the unit whilst studying for his NVQ level 5. Scott has successfully managed the digitisation journey of a service and provides assistance to other services with their digitisation journey. Scott's overarching driver in the provision of care has always focused on quality and getting the best outcomes for those he leads and the people he has cared for.
