Sonia Rai is the Founder and Director of Nectar HR, a specialist HR consultancy delivering practical, high quality HR support to businesses across the UK. CIPD accredited, with a Degree and Masters in Human Resource Management, Sonia has over 25 years of HR experience and is a recognised expert in both strategic and operational HR. She and her team are CQC HR specialists and regularly support clients with inspection preparation, compliance and complex people issues. Sonia is passionate about HR done properly and has a strong dislike for generic, off the shelf solutions. Her approach is bespoke, commercially focused and grounded in the realities of running a care business. From recruitment challenges and best practice employment through to complex disciplinaries and strategic workforce planning, Sonia brings clarity, confidence and experience to every discussion.
