Stacey Owen is the Community Leader and Director of L’Arche Liverpool, bringing more than two decades of dedicated experience to her role. She has been part of L’Arche Liverpool since 2002, serving first as a Service Manager before stepping into community leadership in March 2023, where she continues to champion person centred, relationship based support for people with learning disabilities. Stacey’s leadership is shaped by a lifelong connection to L’Arche. Her personal journey—captured in the reflective film My Journey—highlights how her early life experiences with the community and her family’s involvement influenced her commitment to inclusive, compassionate care. Stacey's passionate about digital transformation and the role of technology in strengthening human connection within social care. Her presence reflects L’Arche Liverpool’s ongoing commitment to innovative, community rooted practices that centre the voice and dignity of every person.
