Tina Wathern is the Head of Education at LGBT Foundation, where she leads the organisation’s education and training portfolio, overseeing programme development, quality assurance, governance, and national training delivery. She brings over 25 years’ experience working across domestic abuse services and LGBTQ+ inclusion, including national training roles and specialist work at Stonewall Housing. She also contributes to sector research and thought leadership, including co-authoring reports on LGBTQ+ ageing and inclusive service design
