This Exhibitor Zone is exclusively for exhibitors participating at the Care Show London 2026, where you can upload content, order your team's badges and download important information regarding your stand.

Our delegates can't wait to see your profile and you'll soon see the benefits of completing the tasks we have set.

You’ll find everything you need to get started here. 

You will need to complete your online profile before you are granted access to the rest of the E-Zone. Please note that these are mandatory tasks that need to be completed by Friday 14 March.

Once you have completed your online profile, please find the task list on your left which contains tick boxes indicating which activities you have completed and what you have remaining.

Confirm your company name

Please email m.moore@closerstillmedia.com to make any changes to your exhibiting name. Please make sure to do this as soon as possible to make sure your details are correct at the show.

Order your exhibitor badges and data scanner app 

Your exhibitor badges will be available for collection at the show, from 2pm on 29 April.
